Pathimugam:

1. Pathimugam is a herbal medicine.
2. Pathimugam is an excellent dye raw material.
3. WTO and WHO has decided to ban the usage of artificial chemical dye for human usage. The experts foresee that the natureal colour dye demand will increase by 1,000 times than the current consumption.
4. Presently the market price of this wood is Rs. 200 - 300 per kg. With increasing utilization a greater demand in the near future.

Kumizh :
1. Kumizh wood is used for furniture, artificial limbs for disabled etc.,
2. Kumizh trees can give up to 25 Lakhs per acre.

Our project is at Valayathur, within 20kms from the Bangalore National Highway from Arcot.
We mainly grow Agar and Pathimugam trees along with other varieties. Agar and Pathimugam trees can be harvested by seven years to give rich benefits to pay the promised amount.
After the sale of the plot, a lease agreement with owner is made for 7 years.
The trees will be in the name of the owner, entered in forest dept / regiter.
Trees will be maintained, secured, harvested and sold by WINLIFE Green plantations.
The plot will have upto 30 trees of different varieties. It will be properly fenced with owners name board.
Tees like Burma teak, Vengai tree, Red sandal etc, grown along with other trees, will not be harvested and left for the owner to enjoy its benefits later.

Cost of Plot :
Rs. 1 Lakh for 1,200 sft of land.
Return from land after 7 years Rs. 3 Lakhs.
