Consideration

The law college hostel premises in Puraswalkkam and the Adyar bus depot. While hostel land was needed for future development.

Feasibility

The developer's budget will be Rs 20 crore, the buildings would be fitted with lifts. They would be able to accommodate nearly 300 to 400 cars, for a fee of Rs. 10 per vehicle.

The Chennai citizens can use get details of vehicle in accident by sending SMS to 98400-00103  by typing R along with the vehicle registration number . They will give you engine and chassis number. Similarly by typing V along with the vehicle registration it will track the traffic violation history of any vehicle. This is also beneficial for those planning to buy second hand vehicles.
